Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the omg138 website accessible at https://omg138.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" means omg138, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the omg138 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a promotional offer, distinct from real-money Balance.

To use the omg138 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from omg138 or been the subject of an Account termination action by omg138.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed on bets or games.

omg138 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension and withholding of any Balance pending verification.

To access the full range of omg138 services, you must register a personal Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the omg138 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited. omg138 may use technical, behavioral, and KYC-based methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. omg138 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify omg138 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Account Information Updates: You must keep your Account information current at all times. Any changes to your name, address, or primary bank account must be reported to omg138 support and may require additional KYC documentation to confirm the change.

Accepted Deposit Methods: omg138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposit Limits:

• Minimum single deposit: Rp 50,000
• Maximum single deposit: Rp 100,000,000
• Daily maximum deposit: Rp 500,000,000

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified Indonesian bank account registered under your omg138 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, international bank accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets are not permitted unless omg138 has explicitly indicated otherwise in writing.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000
• Standard processing time: 1–24 hours (subject to banking hours and KYC status)
• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal above Rp 1,000,000 is processed

Withdrawal of Winnings: Before any withdrawal of winnings is processed, you must have wagered your deposited amount at least once (1x rollover). Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirement applicable to the specific bonus received, as stated in the relevant bonus terms.

omg138 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds, which are distinct from real-money Balance until Wagering Requirements are met.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for most bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus offer. Uncompleted wagering within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributions vary by market and odds. Full contribution details are available on the omg138 promotions page.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Rp 50,000 per single bet or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• omg138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.

All bets and wagers placed on the omg138 Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market.

Sports Betting: All sports bets, including football markets (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), bandar bola (Indonesian football bookmaking markets), and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed result, omg138 will defer to the decision of the relevant sporting authority.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are valid only if accepted by the omg138 system prior to the relevant event outcome.
• omg138 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a technical error or human input mistake.
• Minimum single sports bet: Rp 10,000
• Maximum sports bet: subject to individual market limits published at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games, including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, and other licensed providers, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published RTP for each game is accurate as provided by the software developer and verified by independent testing laboratories.

Togel Lottery Games: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) results on the omg138 Platform are drawn from official international lottery pools including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau. Results are published immediately after official draw announcement and are final. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the omg138 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action where appropriate.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account (including through family members or associates residing at the same address).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by omg138.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Attempting to launder money or use the omg138 Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display anomalies to place bets at incorrect odds or access unauthorized features.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward omg138 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the omg138 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of omg138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law, the total aggregate liability of omg138 to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

omg138 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. The specific conditions are as follows:

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting omg138 customer support. Before closure, any real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered Indonesian bank account following satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Termination by omg138: omg138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
• The Platform ceasing operations in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, omg138 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms fraudulent activity, omg138 may forfeit the entire Balance. Where termination is without cause by omg138, all verified real-money Balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which omg138 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and omg138 arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

1. First Step — Customer Support: Contact omg138 customer support with full details of your complaint. We commit to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Second Step — Senior Review: If the initial support response is unsatisfactory, you may request escalation to the omg138 senior management team in writing. A final determination will be provided within 20 business days.
3. Third Step — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, both parties agree to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation.

omg138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, omg138 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the omg138 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance before the effective date of the changes.
